Tree House at Pitchford Hall, Pitchford, Shropshire

Pitchford Hall was built in the 1560s for Adam Ottley, a wool merchant from Shrewsbury. The tree house dates from around 1695 when the gardens and park around the hall were laid out. This makes it one of the oldest tree houses in the world.
