The Corporation Charity School, Northampton, Northamptonshire

This school was built in 1811. Before it was built the city had several charity schools. These included the Orange School, founded in 1710, the Blue Coat School, founded by the Earl of Northampton in 1755, and the Green Coat School, founded by Gabriel Newton in 1761. These were amalgamated into one and became known as the Corporation Charity School. This is one of that schools' buildings.
