Rowntree Wharf, Navigation Road, York

This building was originally Leetham's flour rolling mills. It was built in 1896 by WG Penty for Sidney Leetham. It was one of several mills owned by the Leetham's. They had built the first flour rolling mill at Wormald's Cut (an arm of the River Foss) in the 1860s.
