Pembertons Parlour, City Walls, Chester, Cheshire

The medieval drum tower was formerly known as Goblin Tower. A Gazebo was originally on top of the tower, making it twice as high as the present structure. The Gazebo was subsequently taken down in 1702-8. The gazebo was then rebuilt in 1894 and was named after John Pemberton, the then mayor of Chester.
