Outer train shed at Temple Meads Station, Bristol
Temple Meads Station was the western terminus of the Great Western Railway. The station buildings, opened in 1840, were designed by I K Brunel in a gothic style. Selected parts of the GWR are being considered for nomination as a World Heritage Site.
