Ockwells Manor, Old Windsor, Windsor and Maidenhead

Built by Sir John Norreys between 1446 and 1466 Ockwells is thought to be the most sophisticated timber-framed mansion in England. This photograph was taken before the 20 century restoration by Fairfax Wade.
