Number 2 Gregory Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire

This house is a very rare and intact survivor of a type of worker's cottage once common in Loughborough. Traditionally whole families would be employed in the knitting industry. Many of them worked from their own homes, which were often adapted by the insertion of long windows to allow for maximum daylight.
