Loakes Manor, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

The building was originally known as Loakes Manor. It was built in the early 17th century and then was enlarged between 1755-59 by the architect Henry Keene for Lord Shelburne. The house was then bought and sold several times and was also renamed Wycombe Abbey. It finally became a girls' public school in 1896.
