Castle Hedingham United Reform Church, Castle Hedingham, Essex

The Chapel was built in 1842 by James Fenton. It had replaced an earlier building of 1708. The interior of the church retains its 18th century pulpit from which Dr Isaac Watts is said to have preached. He was the first prolific and popular English hymn writer and has some 750 hymns credited to his name.
