Buxton Thermal Baths, The Crescent, Buxton, Derbyshire

The Thermal baths were designed by Henry Currey, the Duke of Devonshire's architect, in 1852-53. They were converted into shops around 1985. Buxton was a Spa town from Roman times. There were also other baths built in the Victorian period when Buxton was very popular as a holiday resort.
