Management Agreement
The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England's (HBMCE) Management Agreement with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport sets out the framework of accountability within which HBMCE operates. It also sets out DCMS's priorities and the indicators used to measure HBMCE's performance.
