Regional Reports

The regional reports summarise the state of the historic environment in each of the regions, making it easier to tailor historic environment advocacy to a particular area.

Regional reports also have regional case studies on the Heritage Counts theme. All regional reports can be downloaded from the appropriate regional page. Regional reports have not been produced this year.

Regional Heritage Counts reports are prepared by Historic England on behalf of the Regional Historic Environment Forums.

Heritage Counts is also supported by Local Authority Profiles. These are complementary to the national indicator datasets and provide comprehensive data for communities and authorities on their local historic environment.
