This advice is for local planning authorities and consultants, archivists, local studies librarians and heritage custodians, as well as individuals and communities.
It offers assistance in researching the LGBTQ history and significance of buildings and sites, and in ensuring that significant LGBTQ historic places are recognised through the formal heritage protection system and in planning decisions.
